Box3 Motorsport began with a simple truth. Racing is not reserved for the privileged few. It is for the driven, the curious, the ambitious, the people who look at a circuit and feel something shift inside them. We built Box3 to be the doorway for those people. A challenger team with real grit, real access, and a real path into motorsport. No corporate gloss. No gatekeeping. Just a story that is rising fast.

Where it all started

Box3 did not begin in a boardroom. It began at Dunsfold, on the Top Gear track, on a McLaren Artura test day that none of the founders were meant to take seriously but all of them absolutely did.

Petro had invited Nick as his plus one. A day of noise, speed, and beautiful machinery. What Nick and Petro did not know was that they were about to meet the person who would redirect their entire future.

The session began, Nick and Petro out in separate cars on the track at the same time, what could go wrong?! Well luckily for Nick his instructor for the day was a calm, unshakeable Brazilian racing driver who goes by the name of Adriano Medeiros.

They strapped in. Lap one arrived. Nick treated the McLaren like it was a rental he intended to return without the deposit. Dunsfold’s famous grass got an unexpected haircut. Adriano watched, patient and analytical, the way only a seasoned coach can.

Halfway round the circuit, Adriano asked the polite question every instructor asks.

Would you like to know anything about the car?

Nick replied with the only thing that truly mattered.

Yes. How do I go faster round this track?

From that moment, both men understood exactly where they stood. No pretence. No bravado. Just direct ambition and the desire to improve. It was the start of a working relationship that immediately felt like a direction rather than an accident.

Several track days, coffees, and uncompromising conversations later, the trio realised something obvious - they should build something together.

A team. A pathway. A challenger brand with the courage to do things properly. They bought a Porsche 981, upgraded it, wrapped it, and built the first track ready Box3 coaching car.

Box3 was born.

Not out of heritage. Out of hunger.
Not out of legacy. Out of belief.
Not out of privilege. Out of people who wanted to create their own door into motorsport.

And they have not looked back since.
