What happens on the day?
0730 arrival and sign on. Briefing and introduction to your coach. Morning drive sessions, with a coached data session after each drive. 1300 lunch, refreshments throughout the day. Afternoon drive sessions, again with a coached data session after each drive. 1700 departure.
What should I wear?
Comfortable layered clothing covering arms and legs. Flat, narrow shoes recommended.
Do I need to bring anything with me?
Just your driving licence. Minimal personal items recommended.
Can I bring my own helmet?
Yes, but it must be compatible with the intercom system.
What if I forget my licence?
A check code can be redeemed with your national insurance number, but it may cause delays and reduced drive time.
My licence is being renewed, can I still drive?
Yes, with a valid licence check code from gov.uk.
Can I drive if I’m pregnant?
Not advised.
What will be provided on the day?
Refreshments and snacks, lunch during track closure, helmet and balaclava, and driver coach tuition.
What does open pit lane mean?
Other drivers are on circuit at their leisure. There is a detailed session schedule to maximise vehicles.
I’ve never driven on track before, is that okay?
Absolutely fine, with driver coach support throughout.
What if I feel like I am too slow?
Your coach will build confidence and teach safe overtaking.
Will I be insured?
Yes, unless driving negligently with intent.
What if I have an accident?
There is a detailed incident protocol with coach guidance, plus first aid and medical support on site.
What time can I arrive at the venue?
Refer to your joining instructions.
What if I’m late?
You may lose drive time depending on arrival.
What if I need to cancel on the day?
You will lose your booking.
What if the track closes early?
Rebooking is offered if the track is closed for over three hours.
What if it’s bad weather?
We will drive. The schedule is adjusted for safety to maximise the remaining time.
Am I allowed to be a passenger?
Yes, you can swap with your driver coach.
Can I bring guests?
Guests must be approved in advance.
Can I bring pets?
No pets are allowed at motorsport circuits.
Will there be additional costs on the day?
Additional fuel, and optional café food or merchandise.
Can I drive without a coach?
No — coaches provide the full Box3 experience.
What if I start to feel sick?
Take a break until you are ready.
Are the cars manual or automatic?
Paddle shift.
