Adriano Medeiros

Fast is easy. Consistent is hard. Smart wins.

Adriano Medeiros is the calm at the centre of chaos, the strategist, racer, and mentor who gives Box3 Motorsport its edge.

Brazilian-born. British-based. Adriano Medeiros is the steady heartbeat of Box3 Motorsport, a racer, mentor, and strategist who’s spent over two decades turning raw potential into race-winning performance.

He grew up in São Paulo, sneaking into Interlagos to watch the cars testing, dreaming of racing at the circuits he could only hear from beyond the fence. He borrowed money to attend a racing school, paid it back by working as a mechanic, and fought for every lap he ever earned. When opportunities in Brazil dried up, Adriano took the biggest gamble of his life: he moved to England with little more than determination and a prayer.

He flipped burgers at McDonald’s, worked in garages, and refused to quit. Then, by chance, he was offered a role at Palmersport - not as a mechanic, but as an instructor. That moment changed everything.

He’s been teaching, racing, and winning ever since.

A Career Built on Grit and Grace

Adriano’s journey through motorsport reads like a blueprint in perseverance. From Formula Ford to Britcar GTs, Radical Cup to NASCAR Euro, he’s competed, and won, in some of the most demanding championships in Europe.

He’s a three-time Classic Formula Ford 1600 Champion (2013 & 2016 and 2017), a race winner on his NASCAR Euro Series debut at Brands Hatch, and a veteran of endurance events including the Silverstone 24 Hours and Dubai 24 Hours. Across his career, he’s earned countless wins, poles, and fastest lap, but it’s his ability to elevate everyone around him that defines his success.

Building Drivers. Shaping Champions.

Beyond his own racing achievements, Adriano has become one of the most respected driver coaches in British motorsport.

For over two decades, he’s guided drivers from first laps to first titles — blending data, psychology, and calm authority.

His track record speaks for itself:

As a Grade A ARDS Instructor since 2004, Adriano has helped shape hundreds of drivers across Europe — from first-timers to factory prospects — using an approach built on clarity, composure, and constant refinement.

At Box3

Today, Adriano is the competitive and cultural engine of Box3.

As Head of Motorsport and Team Principal, he leads race operations, strategy, and driver development, turning telemetry into instinct and pressure into performance.

He’s the steady hand in the garage, the quiet authority on the pit wall, and the voice every driver wants in their ear when the visor goes down.

Under his leadership, Box3 has evolved from a coaching programme into a race-ready challenger team, disciplined, data-driven, and emotionally fearless.

Off Track

Adriano brings the same composure to life that he does to racing.
He’s grounded, disciplined, and endlessly curious, cycling, analysing data, and helping others push their limits. His faith remains his compass; humility his fuel.

It’s this blend of technical excellence and human depth that makes him the perfect leader for Box3, a challenger team built on raw ambition and relentless progress.
